Maintained, not just cleaned

Every vehicle undergoes a full inspection at 10,000 km intervals — tires, brakes, lighting, HVAC, and suspension — beyond the standard manufacturer schedule. We don't wait for warning lights.

Before each booking, the vehicle interior is detailed: seats vacuumed and wiped, windows cleaned, fresh bottled water placed, and the cabin pre-set to the passenger's temperature preference if provided at booking.

Winter tires are fitted across the fleet from November 1 to April 15, regardless of forecast conditions — we don't gamble on the weather.

01

Pre-trip inspection

Driver completes a documented vehicle checklist before every booking — fuel, tire pressure, lights, cleanliness.

02

Real-time GPS tracking

All vehicles are GPS monitored during trips for routing accuracy and safety — not to record passenger data.

03

Post-trip sanitisation

Interior sanitised after every passenger — particularly important for shared fleet vehicles operating multiple daily runs.

04

Annual provincial certification

All vehicles hold current Safety Standards Certificates for their respective province of operation.
